2009 saw the start up of ASTRID. Ireland's newest Feather Hair Accessories!
Birds were plucked bald....guinea fowls, peacocks, pheasants, turkeys, turkeys, goose, ostrich's....all legitimately of course! Through these beautiful feathers ASTRID has made some fantastic hair accessories which have been snapped up in markets across Dublin and in Boutique Belle in Ashford!
It's been great meeting all my customers at the markets and seeing what you all think about them. It's inspired me to continue onwards and upwards for 2010!
So - I have lots in the pipeline for 2010! I am making visits to London and New York in the next 2 months to see exactly what is making fashion headlines for Spring/Summer 2010 and will translate them into my own ASTRID way for you to buy! I will be working specifically on a bridal collection...creating beautiful creations for your big day that are unique, delicate and simply stunning!
